Job Summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen in a leading mining and industrial hardware supplier.
The person
The company is looking for an energetic technical professional with experience in sales and marketing of mining, industrial and general hardware business.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Oversee day-to-day sales and promoting sales.
2. Providing high levels of customer service to existing customers and potential
customers
3. Maintaining customer service feedback systems.
4. Negotiating prices were possible with potential customers and closing sales.
5. Identifying opportunities for new business within the market
6. Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
7. Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests,
competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
8. Developing strategies and managing marketing campaigns across print, broadcast
and online platforms to ensure that products and services meet customers’ expectations and to build the credibility of the brand.
9. Promoting the company's existing brands and introducing new products to the market.

Qualifications and Experience

The person must have a strong customer base with significant proof of long-term success in retaining such customers
Preferred candidates would be holders of mechanical related qualifications, fitting and turning, mechanics or related field, diploma and/or a recognized sales and marketing certificate, diploma or degree with relevant experience
Must be energetic and below 35yrs of age.
