Job Summary
The incumbent will be responsible with receiving and processing Merchants’ Point-Of-Sale requests as well as Attending to Point-Of-Sale queries from “walk in” clients, phone, or email.
Duties and Responsibilities
Receive and process Merchants’ Point-Of-Sale requests.
Attending to Point-Of-Sale queries from “walk in” clients, phone, or email.
Create and maintain merchant profiles in the Point-Of-Sale system.
Attending to first level Point-Of-Sale faults via phone, email, or face to face.
Performing Financial Clearing Bureau (FCB) and match clearance on Point-Of-Sale applicants.
Create and maintain proper filing system for Point-Of-Sale documents.
Perform any other related duties as assigned by Supervisor.
Qualifications and Experience
Degree in Business Management or Equivalent.
At least 1-year relevant experience.
