UK-based Construction and Property Maintenance Company seeks a New Business Sales Manager with construction experience to come in and do new business sales . You will be cold-calling leads for new business in the UK for the majority of your day.

• follow up on leads and take the lead through to deal/quote/win process we implement.
• populate and manage CRM data
• work with digital marketing team to generate more leads
• manage lead generating platforms
• create new client engagement 
• setup meetings for managers, quantity surveyors and directors to follow up on quotes.
• handover to delivery team on won deals

We are happy to do an uncapped commission. and the aim is to get to £7m in new sales for 2023. we would look at a decent basic + 0.5% on revenue. So you can make R700 000 pa on com or more if you exceed your target.

The construction experience is ideal just because of the technicalities of dealing with the questions and queries.
