Sales Department Representative IT Recruitment

R18 000 – 30 000 pm + com

UK-based Rec to Rec company seeks a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Department Representative to join an IT recruitment agency. The Sales Department Representative will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and ultimately driving revenue growth for the company.

Key Responsibilities:

·          Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, leveraging those relationships to generate new business opportunities

·          Contact potential customers and book meetings

·          Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other sales strategies

·          Collaborate with the recruitment team to understand client needs and match them with suitable candidates

·          Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing the deal

·          Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients

·          Meet or exceed established sales targets

·          Stay current with industry trends and developments in order to identify new opportunities for the company

Qualifications:

·          Proven track record of sales success 

·          Strong communication, writing skills and interpersonal skills

·          Ability to think strategically and identify new business opportunities

·          Bachelor's degree is a bonus

·          Minimum of 1 year of sales experience
