Job Summary
Sales and Marketing officer Wanted
Duties and Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities
Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
Travel throughout assigned territory to call on regular and prospective customers to solicit orders.
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
Take orders and disburse products as per company protocol.
Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
Provide competitive information such as bid situations, pricing data, or bundling arrangements in order to establish negotiated pricing contracts for assigned products.
Perform product demonstrations, installations, and application support.
Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
To perform any other duties as assigned by seniors.
Remuneration: Gross salary of $300-00
Qualifications and Experience
Skills and qualifications
Customer Service, Motivation for Sales, Meeting Sales Goals, Closing Skills, Territory Management, Prospecting Skills, Negotiation, Self-Confidence, Product Knowledge, Presentation Skills, Client Relationships
-Clean class 4 Driving licence.
-A relevant qualification in marketing/sales.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite applications and other relevant software.
Demonstrated aptitude for problem-solving;
Ability to determine solutions for customers (consultative sales approach)
. Must be results-orientated and able to work
both independently and within a team environment.
Must possess excellent verbal and written communication
skills.
