Job Summary
A young, energetic and an experienced Service Advisor, with strong workshop administration, costing and client relation skills is required to join a dynamic team in the motor industry.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Must handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions for customers, and follow up to
resolve any customer issues & experiences.
• Implement strong administration procedures within the workshop technicians &
customers,
• Be responsible for bookings in of vehicles,
• Quotations & Job costing,
• Upselling additional services.
Qualifications and Experience
• 3 years of Service Advisor experience,
• Valid driver’s license.
• Automotive Trade Certificate - Mechanical Related/Sales & Marketing
• Strong Administration Skills.
• Costing experience.
• Ms Office & Social Media skills.
• Have good work ethic combined with high integrity and honesty.
• Able to work under pressure & a good team player.
