Job Summary

Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced incumbents for the position of Accounts Clerk

Duties and Responsibilities

Sales support function- Issuing of invoices and recording sales accurately.
Cash Management- receiving of cash payments and accurate receipting.
Accounts receivables- accurate receipting of cash and transfer payments by clients as well as accurate processing of receipts and maintaining debtors listing.
Ledger and Journal Entries- accurate processing of information in the system.
Preparing Sales Report
Compiling Sales and Expenditure for entities
Preparing bank deposits
Maintain cashbook documents files
Cashbook postings and reconciliations for all cashbooks
Ensuring all loads are invoiced
Any other duties as assigned by senior personnel

Qualifications and Experience

Degree in Accounting or equivalent.
A minimum of 1 year working experience
