Job Summary

Our organisation seeks to recruit a Human Resources Intern

Duties and Responsibilities

Assist with screening resumes and applications by making shortlist as guided by the specific minimum hiring requirements
Coordinate interviews by contacting candidates, interview and compiling interview files and supporting documentation as applicable.
Coordinating first level security and background checks.
Collect and update our database with new hire information (e.g., employment forms and contact information)
Assist with compilation of data in the preparation of HR reports
Maintain staff filing system as guided by HR officer.
Organize meetings and staff functions as applicable.
Perform any other duties as applicable.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology or any related field
