Telephonic Sales Representative/Business Development

UK Based recruitment Company seeks a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Department Representative to join their team. The Sales Department Representative will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and ultimately driving revenue growth for the company. You will be calling companies based in the UK and marketing the company’s range of recruitment solutions. Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or a related field
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, leveraging those relationships to generate new business opportunities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other sales strategies
- Collaborate with the resource management team to understand client needs and match them with suitable solutions
- Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing the deal
- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients
- Meet or exceed established sales targets
- Stay current with industry trends and developments in order to identify new opportunities for the company
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of sales success in the UK market
- Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills
- Ability to think strategically and identify new business opportunities
- Strong understanding of resource management and sustainability practices and technologies
- Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the resource management or sustainability industry
