Multi-Pay Solutions (Private) Limited is an organisation providing financial services management consulting, project management and outsource services. We are seeking a suitably qualified, experienced individual to fill the following position.

Job Summary
The incumbent will be responsible for development and support of new and existing mobile banking products and services.
Actively work with senior management and Head of Operations to formulate and administer customer service, sales and marketing policies that meet the company’s targets in the most effective sellable manner on mobile banking products and services.

Duties and Responsibilities

The incumbent will be responsible for development and support of new and existing mobile banking products and services.
Monitor performance of MFS products so as to develop programmes to improve revenue.
Actively work with senior management and Head of Operations to formulate and administer customer service, sales and marketing policies that meet the company’s targets in the most effective sellable manner on mobile banking products and services.
Engage in Market testing of the product/services by sampling prospective customers before roll-out to ensure mobile services provided are easy to use.
Develop and make presentations of mobile banking products and services to current and potential clients as a way of growing business.
Ensuring that there is proper Bill payment service support through coordinating the addition of new billers, coordinating the integration of service providers and resolution of issues.
Ensuring that there are product enhancements through identifying areas of improvement and automation and spearheading the implementation of enhancements.

Qualifications and Experience

Degree in Business, ICT / Information systems or Equivalent.
Corporate Membership to a relevant professional body is an added advantage.
Minimum 5 years' financial services experience.
3 years in supervisory role.
Must be fluent in English, with strong interpersonal, writing, and oral presentation skills.
